Rate Protection Plan

I lived in London On., signed a rate protection plan with UNIVERSAL ENERGY of 43 cent/kWh. After two months, another representative came and helped in lower the rate to 39 cents/kWh and signed a new contract with me.

However, the Co. kept charging me in higher rate and refused to accept/fulfill new contract.

Be careful of it and the Universal Power too (they charge double the rate of original utility Co.)
