While running the Bell Fiber service to my home as part of the Bell Fibe project in Orleans, ON, the Aecon crew damaged the service line for our cable and internet service. We are not Bell customers, but the site foreman advised me that he would report it the next morning (this was around 5PM) during his daily call. The incident occurred on a Wednesday morning, and I reported it on Wednesday afternoon. However, we still have not had our service restored.
