In November 2008, I purchased $433.25 worth of Port Merion dishes from Caplan Duval. After one month I received only a portion of my order. I made several phone calls to the company and I then received another small portion of my order in January 2009. I have made many more phone calls and sent many emails. At first I was being assured my order was en route, now I am receiving no answer. I have no recieved the rest of my order as of April 2009 and my requests for a refund have gone unanswered.
This is unacceptable and people need to be warned not to buy anything from this company! This is not the first incidence of this occuring.
