In February 2009 I ordered an item and had not recieved it a full month later. I called to cancel the order and like other posters here, was told they could cancel my order but that only a "Jeff" could authorize a refund. I followed up with TWO emails to this apparently non-existant "Jeff" person to no avail. Today, 4/8/09, I called again to verify a refund which I still have not obtained. Again, I was told about "Jeff." The oeprator said she thought this was unusual he hadn't replied but since I have read 5 other stories similar to mine, I don't think this is NOT an isolated problem.
