I paid for and recieved 2 air purifiers and after several weeks of use was not satisfied with them.($1, 100.00) I called and was told to return them for a refund no problem, other than a 25% return charge. They do not have a return policy anywhere nor was I told this when I bought thme other than they come with "complete satisfaction" to the customer. I then shipped back the two machines and AllerAir said make sure to insure them, so I did. When they recieved the machines they said 1 was damaged during shipping and they could not refund us on that one but would refund on the other. Well it took 2 1/2 weeks of repeated calls and threats to get the refund, and now they will not give UPS a damage cost or return the calls to UPS.
The local UPS office said they called AllerAir 7 times, and no one calls them back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I even spoke to the owner to no avail as of yet. It is now 4 weeks that they have my machine that is paid for and I have nothing.
