Stay away from hp for your own good. This company absolutely has no respect to their customers. Customer service is absolutely horrible.
I have bought Pavilion desktop from hp. After a couple of months and countless blue screens it has died. When I called to customer service I was told that I have to pay for Vista installation dvd and try to reinstall OS before any further step. My point that I have already paid for a copy of Vista when I have bough a computer and they should have shipped dvd with computer to begin with fell on deaf ears. I could not believe it. Now I have a piece of junk with hp label on it and new experience of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
No hp for me ever.
