I bought a swimsuit, wore it three times and then the stitching came loose and the fabric had a little rip. I asked for an exchange immediately or within a week, but all they could say was that it might take 2 weeks or it might take a month. I swim three times a month, so yeah, not helpful. The blond scruffy guy (about 40 years) who helped me but would not give me his name told me I could quote the customers protection act 'until the cows came home', but that I wasn't getting a refund and that I should just wait and see. He started talking while I was talking and when I asked him to let me speak, he answered 'no, I've let you speak and you should leave your number and then leave the store'. Fantastic customer service. Not. I did tell him I didn't appreciate him using 'until the cows came home' and that a little professionalism would take him a long way.
