On May 21, 2009 I ordered 2 wheel hub assembly's for my 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Once received, I opened the boxes to find they sent me the wrong parts. I called them to let them know of their mistake and they tried to argue with me that they are for a trailblazer when infact they are for a 15" rim that fit on a Chevrolet Colorado/S10. GM Canada even told me they were the wrong part. These people are totally clueless with parts, they might show they have the parts you need and are in stock when infact they don't fit the vehicle you search for.
Current issue with Autopartsway now is over one month later and Im yet to get a full refund from them. They just credited my CC two days ago but not with the full amount. 3 People from their company told me their would be no restocking fee however I cannot understand why the amount is less than what they took off my Credit card. I even drove to Mississauga to return the parts myself because I figured it would be the only way to really know they got there because of how idiotic they have been with everything.
I have told Visa and they are going to go after them for the remainder of the money. Im also contacting the better business bureau with regards to the way they do business.
I would NEVER recommend dealing with this online website, they are nothing but scammers. I ended up going to to get my parts.
