On March 2009 I ordered several auto parts from AutoPartsWay.ca and all of them were sent BUT one.
I talked to customer service several times, maybe 10 hours altogether, but with no result.
First they told me that the part is not in stock, and then that the part was shipped. They even gave me a tracking number which was for a different guy!
The loss is not big at all but hey... I PAID for the damn thing and I want the damn thing.
That's called THEFT.I did business with other auto parts stores but never happened to me this.
I feel frustrated and disappointed.
There is nobody to do something about this?
All I want is to give a heads-up to other people about AutoPartsWay.ca
So: BE AWARE!
P.S. My order number is 101037. Maybe apw.ca will read my report. They know what I'm talking about.
