No instructions, no support, no phone calls returns, empty tubes, scam, ripoff, do not deal with them

We were scammed by savefuel.ca, rec'd UPS box with junk in it with no instructions, paid almost $400.00, never returned phone calls, no emails, all automated website, with Trust Seals on it so you think you can trust them. Fake answering machine, all the same for support, sales etc. Paid with a credit card, have contacted Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, Police and complaint. The address does not exist, phone number etc, on Canada 411, reverse searches. Company is fake. Cannot get a response or a refund, thank God I didn't order the $1000.00 item. Please act with extreme caution, there are tons of complaints on the internet, even Better Business Bureau. It sounds too good to be true, it is.
