I GOT RIPPED OFF ORDERING THE PRODUCT HYDRO-GEN UNIT. THE COMPANY "SAVEFUEL.CA" DID NOT SEND ME THE PRODUCT (A mechanism installed on the car to save gas). It cost me $210.90. Order ID 12437864.

On April 24, 2006, I ordered the product Hydro-Gen. I discovered this off a side add on Google. The ad is very appealing and luring since it has many testimonies on it.

On 16 May, 2006 I later got an email from Savefuel stating they were overwhelmed due to gas prices and were behind shipping. At the time gas prices were high so I understood the rational.

Several months past, I called them, I wrote emails and received either an excuse or no call back.

On Nov 29th, my last call last night, the guy picked up the phone, didn't want to talk to me and said he was in a meeting.

I have had it with this operation and their excuses.

Another sample excuse I had in an email is as quoted below from Jaco Bolle on Aug 25th 2006

"Subject: ** Important Re: Your Hydro Gen order**

Dear Eric,

We send you this personal email to let you know of an exciting new development. A new manufacturer is now producing Hydrogen Generators to provide you with the fuel savings that you have been waiting for!

After trying for months to work things out, we have been forced to terminate our business relationship with our former supplier and manufacturer Scott Mitchell.

The simple reason is that he did not value your loyalty as we do! We paid him but orders were not produced, not shipped, backlogged - disaster. He has shipped some units, however we do not have an accurate
record.

After 4 months some people are still patiently waiting. I am
ashamed. But we have found a solution. In about 10 days we will begin shipping units from our new manufacturer. If you are one of the loyal customers and are still waiting for your unit please send a blank message to [email protected]
"

I sent a message that I still wanted it, but now I should just ask for a refund. It nearly 8 months now and still no product.

I think there is a scam going on and the next complaint will be to the law authority in Ontario, perhaps the attorny general there. I will also notify the Better Business Bureau and other consumer complaint offices.
