I played at Boo Casino and wound up winning a sum of money on the slots so I decided to make a withdrawal of $300 CAD and left another amount in my casino account for future use. Soon after I received an email saying that my withdrawal was being processed but later that night I was sent another email saying that my withdrawal was denied and to login to my acccount and contact customer support for any help. So I logged back in and found that the casino had even deducted all the money I had left for further play. The casino support team would not and did not reply to any of the many emails I sent to them, only an automated verification stating someone will contact me within 24hrs. Which again did not happen so I went back to boo casino, logged in, and made queries through live chat. I was told that I had made a breach in the bonus terms and conditions but this was not true at all as I do check wagering requirements and bonus t's and casino. I even searched through my gaming history and found nothing that the casino could breach me for! In a chat with live help I was told that all they could tell was that I had breached the agreement. I was then given a link that took me to a page with The Malta gaming license for contact details?
