Actual Print, Custom Packaging & Printing Company Disorganized scam company uses website ActualPrint.com and fake references to ripoff individuals and businesses. They do not accept credit cards. Once money is received all calls are ignored

I made the same mistake of doing business with ActualPrint as well. Around July 21, 2009 I sent a bank wire to this company in the amount $1330.00 against my better judgement, mainly because they do not accept credit cards. I now know its because this company is nothing but a scam and they realize that they would be forced by the credit card company to give a refund for their fraudulent behavior.
Before sending my money to them for corrugated boxes they called me relentlessly. They even provided me with some fake references that told me how great the service were. I believe that they were also part of the scam. After they received my money they stopped calling me. After receiving my money most of my calls and emails were ignored. When I finally got a chance to speak with either Bobby or Chris they lied to me so egregiously I knew that I had no chance of getting my boxes that I paid for so I requested only my money back.
I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Canada. They have not responded to this complaint in the allotted time frame. I am now in the process of filing a civil lawsuit to get remedy. My WARNING to anyone thinking about doing business with this company: PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are nothing but crooks and should be shut down!
