I bought RC helicopter for my son paid $169 including shipping,
When I got the product I did try every thing possible to start the helicopter engine, after several attempts I did try to phone the company (Notroplanes.com), after holding more than 40 min two times and several times 15 min: hold nothing happened other than just saying we are busy so just hold, did try to live chat, same thing we are busy, email them and every time they took two days to reply with one line question to me, so in 10 days back and forth emails every time they ask me question like battery charged, Is it connected? like questions and finally they suggest me to go there blog section.
This company is 100% fraud by selling defective items and zero customer service, they dont care after getting money from customers.
So I warn all potential buyers please do not buy any item from this company (Nitrplanes.com) even if they sell free just charging S& H
Any way helicopter is still not working because motor is defective, I lost $169 but more than that frustration by dealing with this company and most sad thing is my 11 old son is so disappointed because day and night he was waiting for this helicopter, he saved his money to buy this helicopter but stone hearted owners of the company ripped 11 year old kid's money.
