I am forwarding this complaint because I am frustrated with my late boss with the way she manages the kitchen the way she treats her employees and the unsafe food practices she is doing in the kitchen at this facility. Since May of this year we have had 9 employees walk out because of lack management skills and lack of communication. everyday she is late for work at least 20 min to an hour she never addresses issues that her employees bring to her and she lies constantly about everything you ask her and always puts the blame on someone else. She uses contaminated food and serves it to the seniors of this facility I know this because I worked there for a year and a half. She has never tried to accommodate her best or long time employees instead she will only do what is good for her. There are more qualified people around than her and she is getting away with too much and this has to be addressed. I have done everything I could do to make this run smoothly and safely but I can only do so much. Her boss the owner of the building is blind to what this woman is doing in the kitchen. This woman has to be let go of her duties there she is NOT!!! Manager material nor is she a cook someone could possibly die of food poisoning and because they are old people no one would be none the wiser. The residence deserve better than this they are paying for all of this and getting nothing. The employees deserve better. I had to walk away from this job the job I loved the most and took so much pride in because of RESHEEN BARBE because she wouldn't accommodate me or anyone else nor would she change her disgusting ways of preparing food, so thanks to her I lose what I love and she gets to stay where she HATES OLD PEOPLE her exact words.
Please HELP this cannot go on any longer someone has to have the ability to FIRE HER!!! Or get her out of there before something really serious happens.
