Unauthorized Payment

An unauthorized payment for $$57.61 USD went through my visa, and no services were ever used. When I tried to contact the company, their customer service would only issue a partial refund of $40. A full refund request would have to be made through e-mail. All e-mail requests bounced back several times, and there was no other way to contact the company. A real scam!
