Huge unbelievable ripoff!! consumer rip-off fraud East Toronto

We were first contacted by First Capital Consumers Choice by some Ann person, who told us we were approved for 2 credit cards, one Visa for $2, 000. and a Mastercard for $2, 500. We only needed to send $200 for activation and processing fee, which we never got back. We did an electronic check out from our account on January. She gave us an identification number and a phone number. She told us that the cards would take no longer than 15 days to come. February, march, april, may, june, july, august... And guess what!

WE ARE STILL WAITING EITHER FOR THE CARDS OR FOR OUR MONEY BACK. THEY ARE NOT HERE AND THERE WONT BE!! After one month of waiting we started calling and calling to that number, only an answering machine would pick up saying they were busy, and to leave a message which they would respond within 24 hours. They never did and we couldn't speak with no one.

Two months later my wife received another call from another person, -don't know her name- She made the same offer, this time, the fee was $159.00 processing fee. She asked her to send some proof of it.

The same day she received a package containing some offers from K-mart Amerikind RX Program, Sprint PCS, several Visa offerings, Road and Track Magazine, National Money Services, Inc. Dish Network, MIB office, IRS file report, FBI file report, Auto-Yes Loaners, American Benefits Association, Law Star legal plan, Cross Country Bank, First Premier Bank, True credit, etc. All pages with small letters "*this information is not designed to imply (the company's name) affiliation with or endorsement of, this programm" and "** This benefit has a cash value of 1/20t of a cent. Company redemption policies are available upon written request." in a gray format. I wish I could have them scanned!

We still have them. We did not send the second fee. This is something very well and meticoulosly planned, has no mistakes and it's very Ironic! In one of the pages, in red ink it reads: DONT' BE RIPPED OFF... EVER AGAIN! So if there's anything someone should do to stop them from doing it so again.By the way What has the Justice done about all this? Who are the autors? It would be great to see it appear on the national TV!!!
