Having tried numerous times to call this company to cancel after the trial period it is apparent that they do not answer customer calls. The monthly cost charged to my credit card is over and above what this product cost in a local health food store would be. I cannot get through to any person and the frustration level about the lack of accountability from the supplier is appauling. The fact that I have had an allergic reaction to the product makes the cancellation of the order more of an issue. I cannot get through on any of the given phone numbers and do not want this product nor do I with to be charged 112.22 (Canadian) for this. The trial agreement does state cancellation at any time but they have madi it impossible. PLeas help!
