Fraudulent practices

According to their advertisement, if you do not cancel within a prescribed time you will be billed 89.00 every two months for continuous shipments.

However, interesting enough, I was billed 89.00 at the end of 30 days of original "free Purchase". Then 30 days later I was billed again for 89.00 .I emailed the company and asked that any further shipments be cancelled and I wanted a refund for my second payment that was taken 30 days after the first one.

They have not responded to my request and do not appear to answer their Customer Service at 1-866-514-2554, 7am to 4pm (PST), Monday thru Friday.When a company takes additional unauthorized payments, I believe this is fraudulent action on their part.
