There is a lot of hiring of staff without any supply and demand. During the probation period no training and proper coaching is provided with the expection of sales. Working hours are decreased day by day with discriminations. Attitude and behaviour of Team Leaders is very rude. Services are terminated in a very humilated way to induct new hires. Top Management is excellent but Team Leaders and Supervisors have their monopoly and things are being hidden. Be aware about getting job in Voxdata as It would be not more than 1-2 months.
