I ordered the "free sample" on June 29/09. I was billed 3.95 BP's = $7.07 C$ for shipping. I received the "free sample" on July 20/09. I also saw a debit to my Visa card for $118.63 US$ ($135.88 C$) on July 17/09. There was no indication in the "free sample" ad that I would be charged for further shipments. When I contacted the company, they said that they had a 15 day cancellation policy, and that if they were not advised to stop the shipment, it went automatically. Not only did I not receive it before the 15 day period, but it was a 30 day supply. How would I know whether I would want to continue until I had taken the 30 day supply?
They have cancelled my account, but I did not get the impression that they were going to refund my money. I have advised them that if I receive the shipment, it will be returned for a full refund. They have not responded to that statement.
