Tried a free sample, paid for shipping... Called the company today about continued charges (every other week!). They said, "you had to call to cancel the product, after the free sample." It is now cancelled, apparently. Have been billed four times in 1 month, only one shipment received. Plan to send the other products back when we receive them and expect a full refund.
