Based on a showroom sofa, we ordered two leather sofas from Palliser. When they arrived they barely resembled the one in the showroom. All the leather seams (which are sewn in Mexico) of this supposedly Canadian made sofa were gathered, puckered, wrinkled so badly that the sofas looked cheap and hastily made. The showroom sofas in two different stores did not look like these at all. The retailer agreed that the sofas demonstrated poor workmanship. Palliser, however, refuses to invoke its so called warranty. Based on this experience beware of Palliser: inconsistent quality, unreliable warranty, unresponsive to retailer complaints. Would never consider Palliser made furniture again.
