Too bad Jim is still at it again. He ripped off about 20 families and numerous contractors as JTG Construction here on Long Island for approximately 1.5 million dollars. He rippped me off personally for $25, 000. This began in June of 2003.
We have since found out that he has ripped people off in Massachusets and in Pennsylvania. He has a Delaware corporation. I was, for a time, contacting him at his home # which was 705-656-1742 with a home address of 96 Moffat, Apsley, Ontario. His daughter, Sherry, was running Dial-A-Husand for him while he was down here scamming alot of people.
Repeated calls to Dial-A-Husband asking for Jim brought threats of law suits and then we were told that Jim had resigned from Dial-A-Husband. I spoke with his wife, Sharon, on Christmas day 2004 and thanked her for her and her husband ripping us off. I got called a few choice names, then she hung up and wouldn't answer again.
The whole family is in on the scam. He even has a 'preacher' son, Richard, who quoted bible passages to us when we first met to discuss building a new home. Jim is a canadian citizen not an american. That's one of the reasons we have had a problem prosecuting him here in the states. If any one should speak with Jim, just tell him the bi**h from NY hasn't forgotten and still wants her money back.
