I purchased Yardworks Revolving Sprinkler 36" #59-7604-4 with a 5 year guarantee and Canadian Tire only sells a new model with a 2 year guarantee... so i have been calling Yardworks Canada since September... their 1-866-245-8868 number is no longer in service. When I speak to a customer's service rep at 1-866-523-5218 they tell me they will get back to me which they never have done!
A part of my sprinkler fell off and I want a replacement. I would like to know whether this company is under Better Business Bureau listings? Are they Bankrupt? Canadian Tire I see through several complaints do not address problem issues of Yardworks? Now what do you suggest I do? Joan (514) 722-8341
