After months of trying to find the perfect sofa that had a nice look, I decided to buy (2) of the Cindy Crawford Summer HYDRA sofas. Our first mistake was buying it from The Brick, and our second mistake was believing that they were made in the U.S. when the tags said made in China. We have had problems with the stitching and back cushions, and we only had them for 3 weeks. Finally called and demanded (2) new sofas and finally delivered after 2 weeks. I am fed up as the quality and workmanship of the stitching is very poor. Does anyone do quality control? If Cindy Crawford is designing furniture only for looks and not for usage, then it's not the right business for her. I regret the purchase, but don't want to go through the hassle again of a second exchange. Does anyone have a direct address for complaints to the manufacturer?
