I've just been ripped off for $1, 200.00

My Wife and I booked a trip to Cayo Largo Cuba through Sears Travel. Seemed easy enough. We ended up booking by phone with a Sears travel agent. Now, nowhere could we find on the Searstravel.ca homepage under terms and conditions regarding cancellation i.e. not one word specifying 100% non-refundable after purchase.

To make matters worse, upon purchasing the vacation, the travel agent said nothing as well regarding the fact that this would be a final non-refundable purchase. The e-mail of confirmation had the only wording regading cancellation: " CANCELLATION PENALTIES STILL APPLY" hmmmmmmmmmmmm, little vague???
The whole way through.

This week we found on Searstravel.ca the SAME, exactly the same package to Cayo Largo for 2 weeks- at Hotel Sol Pelicano-regular room, leaving Dec. 30th from Toronto and returning Jan 13th all inclusive for 2 for $1, 200.00 LESS!!! When we called our travel agent at Sears Travel she said it was a final sale. That was the first time we heard her say that. She said this was normal.

Now, where is the justice here. We bought this one week ago, still have a month, and in one week the price goes down $1, 200.00

Please help us!!!
