HSBC
Harrasing phone calls

I have been getting phone calls from hsbc since June 25 2011till present. They have me "hold" when i answer the phone. Rude if you ask me. They ask for my wife, i say she not available, they hang up not telling me who they are or who they work for. I asked during one of these calls who they work for. Immigrant worker by the way. I find out hsbc and he can't give me the nature of the call. Everyday i get a call from one of their numbers. I work nights and told numerous reps from their call center so, and that they are disturbing my nap. I got a call again this morning after working a night shift and just falling asleep. I also have three kids that I must care for after work. So i try to nap till they wake up. No dice, phone call from who... hsbc call center. Give rep a piece of my mind... he hangs up. Call back the number cannot complete the call... Call hsbc 1-800 number in the phone book ask to speak to a supervisor... put on hold for ten minutes. I tell the supervisor my situation. She says she is sorry, but the calls will keep coming till they get a hold of my wife because they can't give me information on what the call is regarding.. I told her the calls had better stop, because their is harrasment laws in Canada, by this time I am furious and starting to use profanities with her while telling her to stop the calls. She says there is nothing she can do and recommends telling my wife to call them back. Like I said we have 3 kids and no time for this BS. I work nights and nap any chance i get because i have to stay awake with 3 kids till my wife finishes work when she resumes care of our kids and takes them out to visit with family or friends while i try to get some sleep. HSBC calls again... no more nap for this guy... The problem is they call everyday twice a day and my wife is not home to take the call. Very distressing for me because i get no sleep before i go to work. Hopefully the calls will stop. Gave my wife hell because of their antics and she is going to call on her "BREAK" while at work. Probably be on hold for most of her 15 minute break to speak to a rep. Well we'll see what happens next.
