Ripoff of a special day for me and my wife Valentines Day!!!

It started two days before Valentines Day with the order of 8 calla lilies, a vase, and a card with a special message. It was to be delivered on Valentines Day. At three o'clock on Valentines Day nothing had arrived. I called them and after being on hold for 30 mins they automatically hung up on me. So I went to there web site and got on the online chat with a customer rep named Belinda. She told me it was to late for her to get anyone to deliver anything and also they were out of calla lilies. I told her to find some because they were still on her web site. She told me it would have to be the next day. I told her I was alright with that just make sure it was just perfect when it gets there.

Then she calls me and tells me no one in the area has calla lilies she could only find a calla lily plant, she said she would throw a couple other things around it and it would look great. I told her I would like to speak with a manger because the plant would not cost the same as the vase and 8 calla lilies. She told me that the manager named Sean was helping another customer and he would have to call me back. He never did! So now the day after comes and I again call into hoping to speak with Sean and I stay on hold for roughly 30 mins and then get hung up on. So I log on again absolutely irrate and at work. I log on to talk via the internet with a rep and a woman gets on and looks up my info and says everything is ok and she will be able to have my order shipped out today. So I geve her the shipping info and she tells me thank you and it will be taken care of.

My wife finally gets a package late in the afternoon and opens it to find DEAD roses and pretty tulips, no vase no card! She calls me and tells me I hope you didn't spend a lot for these. Well almost $70 later I am so mad I can't sit still. I try to call again to no avail and then get back on the caht line which after 30 mins disconnects. Now I just got done trying to call them again and after 30 mins they hang up and the site chat is down. I would tell everyone you know never to do business with these people and if anyone knows how to track them down I would love to be able to.By the way... I have written documentation of every conversation I had with the online rep. I have also sent numerous emails to there customer service email and have never received a response.
