Sears travel is the worst company to travel with. My fiancée and I booked our wedding through them, 20 guest coming along. It has been a constant hassle, not one good thing I can say about it. We had a agent that was great but she moved locations so the manager of the store took over our account. From the beginning she didn't take payments correctly, return emails or phone calls from us or our guests. She gave us false info on a price drop and when I put a request in for a price drop of 300, sunquest advised me our price drop had expired 10 days prior. When I found this out, the same week my agent was conveniently on vacation for the 4th time in the 8 months I dealt with her. We complained to her manager several times and she's done nothing about it. Stuck up for her abnoxious agent. My wedding is a month away and it's still happening. The agent will now not even speak to us and there has been no apology for her actions and all of our guests lost out on the large price drop. Never deal with gillian in the newmarket office of sears travel, I'm sorry we did. This has been a experience from hell and again beware of dealing with them if you want someone who cares.
