I bought a 21 speed MTB from canadian tire not even 1 week later the thing starts to fall apart. So I call canadian tire up and explain what is going on (please hold for 15 min..) I tell them I had the bike for 2 weeks and it is falling apart the derailers are not setup the wheels are warping on there own to the point that I can't use it. The brakes are all out of wack now too. They tell me that I would have to send it out and it could take from 1 week or longer to repair..
I Laughed at her and said but I wanted the bike for the summer.
She laughed back and said sorry we can't help you. We don't take returns or give refunds. So I told her thanks and I will be sure to spread the word around. She says you do that, anyway that will be the last thing I will ever buy from "CANADIAN TIRE RIP OFF STORE"
