I joined for one year at $99.00 plus monthly payments rather than for two years for $0.00. I didn't realise that I had to physically go down there to end the relationship and they kept taking money out of my account long after the end of the year.

When I cancelled, I was advised that my membership would continue for two more payments (five weeks).
