I completed my year long contract with the World Health Club gym and then canceled this membership on June 6 2009. As of January of 2010 I am still being billed. I have been promised by the owner of the location where I had signed up that the problem was rectified only to find out that the problem is still there and now this person I had spoken to has moved on to other employment. The current manager is not returning my phone calls so I guess I will continue to be billed by them until I close that bank account even though this is a huge inconvenience to me. Beware when dealing with this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will have to sue to get my money back. BEWARE!!!
