This company is unethical, and practices false advertising/deceiving marketing tactics. There is NO customer service here... simple very arrogant personnel ensuring the bottom line of the owner... who gainfully exploiting people with very poor quality goods and services. I order flowers, was misquoted with respect to product, delivery and on top of it they failed to delivery the flowers in a vase. When I finally got through to someone (weeks later), I was treated rudely, the person was condescending and thought she was doing me a favour... they then delivery a “plastic” vase three weeks later. If you care about quality, respect, service, integrity and what you are paying for... do not purchase from this company.
