Worst quality flowers!!!
My daughter ordered flowers for me for Valntines Day. They were in a large box with no water or vase and they were all dead. My daughter had been told they would come from a local dealer but were sent from Ottawa. I called them ans so did my daughter and they said to us WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO??? and acually they hung up on my daughter. We have send them pictures, and several additional emails. We finally received an email telling us for 9.99 they would come and pick up the flowers. Are they CRAZY??? We will never deal with this company again and will advise anyone to not use them. This is not over betwen me and them. She paid to much money for death Flowers... This is a JOKE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX!!!
