The same letter content but using different Company names...
The enclosed check for $4700.00 was to enable us to pay the applicable Government /bond fees of $2980.00.
To expedite the processing and release of funds we were advised to call Tammy Womack (Claim Agent) 647-894-7739. "The bond fees are payable at any Western Union or Money Gram around you. Your second check will be $115, 300."
The letter was from TRUE-SEC INVESTMENTS, LLC PROMOTIONS DIVISION, PRIZE AND AWARD PRESENTATION NORTH AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. 20 KING ST OTTAWA, ON. CANADA .
The check was written on an account from JPMORGAN CHASE BANK with the account of TRUE-SEC INVESTMENT, LLC 1510 Bath Ave Brooklyn NY 11228
and signed by Steve Nobel-Promotions Manager
The letter and check came in an envelope with no return address and Canadian postal markings and stamp
