TSM Ripped me and numerous other officers/guards off for money, Made promises which they did not keep

Here goes:

This company had a guy named Walter Tunney as a Manager who would often make false promises to his employee's/guards/officers and never lived up to them. He ripped my Bosnian friend Dejan off who was working at Deerfoot meadows for $500.00 which Dejan never got back. Numerous other guards were promised by Walter Tunney that if they paid the security clearance as required to work security and get a security license..with their own money that he would refund them their money on behalf of Tsm.

Myself and 3 other on-call/casual guards were never reimbursed for our cellphone minutes once we were promised that we would be since the Company could not provide us with a 24/7 pager or cellphone since we required one as part of our duties since we had to fill in for guards all over town who could not show up at any given time.

My friend had his car broken into while working at Marlborough mall and management did not pay for gus damages, so his damage insurance ended up paying for it. Walter Tunney promised my friend that head office would reimburse his damages and that head office would pay for the rental of a autobody spare vehicle while his damaged vehicle was being repaired and Walter Tunney never lived up to his agreement, therefore my friend ended up being left with the bill for the rental

Walter Tunney and Suzy Blasko also hired psychopaths to work at downtown sites... one particularly being an individual by the name of John Fensom who worked at TD SQUARE as a supervisor and who would repeatedly beat, harass, abuse and falsely arrest and accuse people; mosly homeless individuals on the job. This John Fensom was an ex-army psycho who got discharged due to drinking too much on duty and they (TSM) hired him to work as a supervisor at TD. He would falsely arrest, detain, and imprison people on no sort of grounds and would arrest trespassers and get reall physical with them in the stair wells.
This other security guard/officer at TD square by the name of Ad lane.. adei they called him.. who was of Moroccan origin arrested a guy and took him under custody under strict orders from John Fensom for just flipping him off and making an obscene gesture by the guy pointing at his crotch then at adlane. While the guy they arrested was in the stairwell freight elevator, Ad lane pushed the guy down... another guard named Frank was a sole witness to this and ratted on ad lane and fensom which led to both of their dismissals from the company. They did not even have a license to have hand cuffs let alone use them, and all guards working for them were in possession of handcuffs which is VERY ILLEGAL.

Bottom line is that TSM has a habbit of hiring psychopathic individuals who have a past shady history. Walter Tunney is an ex police officer who was fired from the Vancouver Police department due to the fact he was crooked, took bribes, was involved in shady business and was generally a dishonest person. Tsm also made numerous pay errors on my cheque and did not pay us time and a half, or double time and a half for some holidays worked.

Also Suzy Blasko is known to be a real b**** and unless u plan on having any sort of sexual or extra marital relations with her, or deal with her harassment, then i suggest you be very careful of this company. Also, if you work at a site, and a client decides to complain about you, then you are automatically removed by management without even needing a reason. The client can just dislike your appearance, height, weight, skin color... those are reasons for the company to remove you off a site and ban you... Very unfair... you can be the most honest individual, show up on time, work extra hours... but if the next guard there has more in common with the client/boss than you... then you are OUTTA THERE!!

If you do decide to work for this company, KEEP VERY WELL AND NEAT DOCUMENTATION OF YOUR HOURS WORKED, THE TIMES WORKED, AND BE READY TO DEAL WITH A LOT OF BS***, EITHER FROM THEIR F***** UP CLIENTS, OR FROM THEIR SHADY MANAGEMENT WHO MAY PROMISE YOU A LOT OF THINGS, BUT MAY NOT NECESSARILY LIVE UP TO THEM UNLESS YOU TAKE EXTRA MEASURES. DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL REIMBURSE YOU BECAUSE TRUST ME, THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE ME. Also, working at sites like Marlborough mall or TD SQUARE will land you in numerous WCB claims since you will be assaulted on numerous occasions, especially if you are female.
