This man is a scam artist. He will take your money and be negligent with his duties. He is verbally abusive and a very creepy man. If you have a rental problem, go to the LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD which is an accredited organization.
His company "The Landlord and Tenant Bureau" in Toronto is a sham operation.
He demands cash because he probably doesn't pay taxes. He should be audited.
