Ecently I hired the above named company for an international move. the problems began well before moving day. Because of the company's poor grasp of the english language and multiple points of contact we were at constant odds as to what was going on. Firstly their interpretation of the contract did not agree with the terms of the emails exchanged. We eventually got over that hurdle only to be met with others. On moving day the local movers arrived 3 hours late and without the materials to complete the job. As my 40foot container had a reservation on a train later that day any delays would incur additional costs for me. The multiple points of contact were extremely confusing as different people were asking for different documents and whoever I sent them to, it seemed someone else needed them. It was a struggle to keep it all clear, in addition, as english was not their first language all correspondence was difficult at best and extremely confusing at worst. I was given incorrect ship onformation and it took multiple requests to get that information. Finally, just 2 days before my shipment was to dock in the UK I received the Final Invoice. What a shock that was! The estimate was nowhere near the final amount. Estimated costs had risen 65%, hidden charges appeared and on the whole the bill was increased by double over the original estimate. After multiple emails we were able to negotiate a mere $400. discount on the inflated fuel charges. I was grateful for that, but as the rest was so off the map it was hardly an appeasement. I do not recommend this company, their tactics are unfair and the business practices are misleading.
