I recieved a check for 4, 900 in the mail at a time when I could realy use the money so I went to the bank and talked to an associate there and he said by law the bank has to clear the check in three business day even if it is no good. He then told me it would take weeks for the check to bounce meanwhile i have sent 3, 900 to an indivisual and now i am liable.what striked me odd was three different company names one on the envelope, one on the letter and a third on the check.when i called the (claim agent) he told me to call him when the check clears and he will tell me where to send a MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION.I have the letter and check here with me and as soon as i googled the company name complaint popped up.
