I just wanted to add my 2 cents after seeing this web site and its contents ..by complete mistake actually, I worked for George and Adefx. ( 7 years) They would like you to believe they are this great honest business/ I said honest not legal / it is legal to run a business like this so see the government..they are nothing but viral telemarketers the whole set up is a fancy boiler room with its ways..meaning the whole enchilada... the complete process from advertisement for employees to dealings with clients..is based upon the same principals. Lie, cheat..whatever... I loved the other reports from previous employees... their hiring approach- even the ads they place in news papers... everything is a fraud... why do people {like me} fall into it..CASH of course..lots of unreported, untraceable cash... daily..the whole system of independent contractor is to avoid all the Ontario Labour Code law/ the laws of Canada and the USA..and is very legal..if you sign away your rights willingly..the promises of a career is such a joke it is unbelievable... ok BUT if you DO NOT sell at least 300 coupons a week as a "office owner"[ a misnomer to make you believe you own something..you never do] you will not have a job for long..lol... they are the greatest high pressure sales system ever invented.."JUICE, " join us in creating enthusiasm - holy crap how stupid but, the way they yell the opening of the office every day lol..join us in creating lots of impulse buying moron customers... and the crap their contactors are taught to sign up those innocent unsuspecting salon owners... there is a reason NEW business owners are the primary targets..they don't have the experience to see the trouble they are asking for... how many lying/stealing/bolt through the nose sales rep do YOU want representing your new business... the owner George Letterio is a freakin MILLIONAIRE... the salons that extole the virtues of ADefx are the real slime ball greasy type... the same type of folks as the owners of Adefx..I read one salons rebuttal..I know these people personally, I signed them up... the are a horror story of bad employment complaints etc... I could go on and on and on... but I really don't give a sh@#*t!!! One thing George did teach me that I still retain, just thought if I can add a thorn into that pricks life..SURE... he lied so much to me he deserves it..him and Steve Boudin ..the later is his number one @#$$!! #..guy
