To all honest Canadians who intend to invest in vending business in Torotno
Mr. Simon Ham who claimed to be an honest person never signs any document regarding a purchase of vending machine, etc. He uses persons of various ethnicities to do the lieing and dirty work. The contract that he uses to sell his commodity is well written and covers every single legal ground so that he would not be held responsible for scam and fraudulent business. He lies to the government and has no respect for the Canadian laws. His contract document is two page long but it is only for selling a vending machine that is priced 2000 dollars in the USA but he imports them and under the pretext of providing and supporting a vending business sells them for 10, 000 dollars. Besides, he pretends to be the only person manufacturing and selling the product in Canada which is an absolute lie and BS. There are other companies such as Opal that sells even a better machine for the price of 2000 Canadians. Mr. Ham has been running a fraudulent business for the last ten years and his victims are those who have no idea what they are getting into. In his Toronto Sun ads, he promises to provide great locations for the vending machines, which turned out to be an absolute lie. There are no great locations in Toronto. They are either taken or the owners would not allow any vending machines on their properties. He has been operating under such names as Star Tech, Z com, Z communications co, Semi-Tech Telecom and most recently Starz 1, etc., none of them are registed with the government of Ontario. Yet when he is selling to a prospective client, he says everything is legal and registered. It is unfortunate that the government of Ontario keeps a close eye on fraudulent and scam businesses in Ontario and disregards the basic legal rights of its citizens. This is a big shame for a country that claims to support its citizens from fraud and scam.
