I joined worldprofit on February 20, 2007. From the very beginning Dr. Lant (owner) and I had words over his strong arm tactics used on prospects. Infact, he removed me from the system at one point.
I was allowed back in and I purchased the silver package after Dr. Lant contacted me personally. During the next two weeks I brought in 15 prospects. One of the high points of paying over $1, 000 for a Silver package is they will close your people for you. Well, out of 15 they closed zero.
I started to call the leads which I paid for in the package. These leads were qualified leads and were supposed to have been verified by worldprofit employees.
My first two leads turned out to be duds. They were 15 and 16 year old young ladies who certainly could not be considered qualified to enter into a contract. When I began to question this and ask for a credit I was told I did not do my job and had to review a certain movie by one of the owners (George Kosch) and then get back to him. After several emails back and forth I became convinced I was being scammed with these leads and their live business center. I asked for a full refund.
It was refused and I was removed from their system immediately. I can no longer enter my dealers area. I can no longer contact leads which I purchased. I was then told I asked to be cancelled. What I asked for was a refund.
Having watched the live business center off and on for over two weeks I began to question why I even wanted to be involved in these types of strong arm techniques which certainly did not produce and profit for me. And several of my prospects even complained to me about how they were treated. But don't tell that to George or Dr. Lant. They won't put up with that type of criticism. Oh no! They will just cancel you. NEXT!
Well since they have terminated me I know longer have to worry about making a decision to leave...
Oh yes, upon termination they immediately billed me for $360 to get out of their contract.
It appears to me they are really not concern about ones success. They are only concern about (THEM) making money. (period)
I have been associated with researching and participating in network marketing for over 30 years. This by far has been my worse experience.
