The call center representative informed me that I need to take a leave from work to wait for a technician... they confirmed that the technician will come on 07.28.08 between 4pm to 8pm.
After making 2 calls on 07.28.08, i was informed that I don't have an appointment... but the appointment will be on the next morning. And they have the brains to even request me to take another day off...
This is one of the worst service i've ever received from any service oriented company.
