I ordered tea and they billed me 6.95, never received anything from the company. I emailed as stated on email to me to cancel and not bill anything else to my account. They did anyways. So here I sit with no tea and bank fees because they took the money from my account.
They also sent my credit card information to another company who they say was part of my terms of agreement. They also billed my account, more charges.
They say they will put money back in my account in 14 days. We will have to wait to see and the other company said they would put money back in my 4-5 days. Again we will see. In the mean time I can not close my account until this is all settled and if I did not pay 200 to bank I would have been charged $7 a day until the account was brought to a positive balance.
So be careful and find out exactly how many companies they are sending your account info too and exactly how may services are you signing up for. I try to read everything in the ten miles of terms, but obviously missed something.
