I had ordered Wu Yi tea and they say try it for $6.95. I had it one week and sent it back with note to cancel my order. I also tryed calling but it says to email them to cancel. I did this. Then I find they've hit my account 2 weeks later for $ 29.95 that I do not owe. I emailed again and told them to credit my account that I had returned the tea and cancelled anything else to do with them. I got no response. Then a couple of days later they hit me again for $19.95 under the name of Living lean which I had never ordered from. I found out it was the same company. I again tryed to call and only told to email to helpteasource.com I did this and told them I was calling my bank and the attornye general and the channel 2 news if they did not credit my account for all these charges for stuff I have never ordered and have never received. Now they have hit my account again for $34.95. This is about $ 80.00 for stuff I've never received or ordered. Im very scared and upset.
Apparently this company is quite a rip off. I want my money back!!! And they purposely do not talk to you on the phone. How can they get away with stealing from me and I've never ordered or received another thing and returned what I had Originally got within 3 days of getting it?
Please help me.. The owner of this Company is a thief and the company is a con.
