I ordered 2 ipods on the internet for 252.50. never received them. I emailed them and called their phone number but all I ever got was they did not have a report of my account, but they sure deducted 252.50 off my credit card. Ripoff Montreal

On 12/02/06 I ordered 2 Ipods over the internet from Ipodsonsale.com. I never received an order number or anything. On 12/05/06 my bank credit card was charged for the amount of $252.50 under the name of WWW.X-Bags.NET, Montreal, QC.

I called the toll free number 1-877-816-6597 several times before I acctually spoke to an individual. He told me that the company that was handling their credit card accounts could not handle them all and that my account would be credited back for the amount of $252.50, but it never was.

I emailed Ipodsonsale several times. I give them my name, address, telephone number. The only thing I could get from them was they did not have me listed on their account. I never received any telephone call from them.

I had to change my bank account because I was afraid of this company trying to rip off by bank account.
