I first heard of this company on March 8th, 2006. I had called my credit card company to see if they had received my payment and to find out what my balance was. I immediately realized that I did not have the balance that I should have and talked to a representative about it.
My credit card company gave me the name of IK9*PRIVACY MATTERS and their phone number. The cridet card company said that this company has charged my account for $149.00. It turns out that this company tried to charge my credit card for this amount on 2 or 3 other occations this year over a several month period of time.
I called the phone number I was given and the man I spoke to gave me the run around on the phone and wasn't going to take no for an anwser. I kept telling Andrew that I never ordered their product and I was not interested in it. Andrew insisted that I wait until I get their product in the mail and review it before I decided against it.
I told Andrew that if he did not take the hold off of the $149.00 in my account immidiately, that I would take legal action against the company. I did a REVERSE PHONE NUMBER check online and turned up no results. I also checked online for the name of the company, that's when I found that the business name showwed up on this site.
I just hope that other people who have been scammed by this company or individual will come forward so we can put an end to it once and for all.
