I placed an order thru the website in early December for the complete series of JAG. I was advised by e-mail that delivery was expected prior to christmas 2007. It never arrived.
My credit card was debited with $188 US dollars. I chased delivery in the new year and was sent a reply stating that there was a delay and promised all sorts of discounts off further purchases!! I opted for a refund and e-mailed them twice since then with no reply. I have been unable to find where the company is located or a telephone number for them. I do not intend to let this matter rest and if necesarry bwill get the Police involved, as this is obviously FRAUD in a major way.
