TheDVDPlanted - Fail to deliver and fail to respond to e-mails

Unfortunately my experience is similar to others posted.
I saw the Rockford Files complete DVD collection advertised and as they claim to ship worlwide I ordered in good faith and was led to expect delivery between 14-17 December.
By December 31 they still hadn't arrived so I started sending e-mails and checking their website. That's when I found out they were not taking any more business but promised all orders prior to January 1st would be honoured or refunded. Doesn't sound like they're keeping this promise either.
I still haven't received the goods and contrary to the comments of DVDPlanet owner Paul Jacob that they answer e-mails in 12 to 24 hours they have not responded to me at all.
It looks like I'll never get the DVD's but I will pursue this through my credit card company to try and get the money back - I suggest other dissatisfied buyers do the same.
